Mailing List Policies
The personal details required to administer your booking will be securely stored on Strule Arts Centre’s internal database. You have the option of opting out of receiving Marketing information at any time. Just inform us and we will remove you from the database. We will not pass on your contact details to other arts organisations, unless you have given your permission to do so.
If you sign up to our mailing list we will using your details in the following way:
- For Marketing purposes can we contact you by POST (Free Events Programme will be posted to you every season, unless you would prefer emailable copy.
- We will contact you by letter only if we don’t have your permission to contact you via email)
- For Marketing purposes can we contact you by PHONE (Essential calls only about your booking or to confirm your contact details)
- For Marketing purpose can we contact you by EMAIL (Regular updates on events and discounts)
- For information from third party organisations (To receive information from other arts organisations)
